Dear Waer Waters guest,

Following the government's advice and the measures concerning Corona, we will temporarily close our doors until further notice from the Federal Government.

Of course, we have already taken all the necessary measures in recent months to ensure a safe and healthy resort environment. It was a great pleasure for us to see how you once again enjoyed pleasant relaxation in these bizarre times. Thank you for your loyalty, numerous wellness visits & heartwarming reviews of the past months.

Did you already book a new visit to Waer Waters?
No worries, all reservations we registered during this mandatory closure, will be canceled. If you have paid for your reservation via a gift voucher, it will be reactivated. The nominal value of your gift voucher is unlimited valid. Already paid reservations will be converted into a gift voucher (with unlimited validity), which will be delivered to you by email as soon as possible. It is still possible to make a new reservation with your gift voucher through the website. 

What happens to the validity of gift vouchers or prepaid accesses?
Gift vouchers (gift card, birthday action, until soon action, 2FOR1, PI, free accesses) with an expiration date within our temporary closure (starting on 28/10/2020) will be extended. Exact dates will be communicated in time via our social media and website.

In the meantime, would you like to give us a boost & are you already looking for the ideal gift for the holidays? Then order your gift voucher online. We can't be thankful enough! Psst... By the way, did you know that our gift vouchers are valid indefinitely in nominal value? Still plenty of time to plan a wellness visit!

What influence does this have on you as a member of Waer Waters?
As a Waer Waters member you don't have to worry about your subscription. In other words, there will be no domiciliation for the month of November. The subscription of members who already paid in advance will be extended. 

In the meantime, continue your favorite credo of effort and relaxation at home, which Waer Waters stands for. Your well-being remains our top priority even during the lockdown. And even if we can't welcome you to your favorite resort anymore, we'll still be there for you via our Facebook and Instagram tips page.

    • We apply a maximum capacity, calculated according to the size of the complex. We provide 50m² per person. In this way we not only guarantee social distancing, but we also offer you even more space for rest & relaxation. 
  • THANKS TO THE RESPECT OF THE GOLDEN RULES
    • Hygiene rules: disinfection gels at crucial points, plexic screens, punctual cleaning moments, extra staff to supervise your hygiene as a guest (disinfecting feet and showering before entering, ...).

MEASURES IN HORECA
  • Due to the tightened Covid-19 measures (announced 16 October), our wellness restaurants for wellness day guests are temporarily closed for one month from Monday 19 October. Hotel guests of Waer Waters Hotel**** do have restaurant facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course we take all necessary coronary measures into account for hotel guests so that only carefree enjoyment is on the menu: 
    • IMPORTANT: Following the advice of the government and the measures regarding Corona, everyone is obliged to wear a mouth mask in the lobby (check-in & check-out area) & in all our restaurants.For Brasserie Rodenberg we ask 1 person of the company to leave his/her contact details (#contacttracing). 
    • Spaces are large enough so that tables do not have to be used twice per shift. Tables, chairs, cutlery, pepper & salt, ... can be cleaned thoroughly after each shift
    • Operation with mouth mask 
    • Tables are allocated at the beginning of the visit thanks to reservation in advance 
    • Tables are set up in such a way that 1.5m between tables is guaranteed
    • Menu and beverage card is fixed on the table under a glass plate that is easy to decontaminate

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TO A SAFE ENVIRONMENT IN YOUR FAVORITE RESORT WAER WATERS?

Mask recommended

All our employees will wear a mouth mask. They don't do this to protect themselves, but especially to protect you, can we ask the same of you? Following the government's advice and the measures concerning Corona, everyone is obliged to wear a mouth mask in the lobby (check-in & check-out area), in our restaurants (from 19/10 only accessible to hotel guests) & when moving around in the wellness and changing rooms. Furthermore, everyone is also required to wear a mouth mask in the gym: only on the walking mat, bike, or other machines you may take off your mask.

 

Reservation in advance mandatory

In order to guarantee social distancing for everyone, we accept a limited number of people in our resort. Booking in advance for your 6 hours time slot is therefore mandatory. Because we have a well-designed software system to organize the reservations perfectly, we guarantee not only social distancing, but also your peace & relaxation in our resort.

Respect your indicated arrival and departure time

Per time slot of 6h we accept a limited number of persons. Therefore we ask you to strictly respect your indicated arrival and departure time. 

 

Book your restaurant visit in advance

Through our reservation module you can indicate if you would like to have a bite to eat with us. Your reservation will be scheduled during your specified arrival and departure time. You will be informed of the time on the day of your visit at check-in.

Please note: Due to the tightened Covid-19 measures (announced October 16), our restaurant concepts for wellness day guests are temporarily closed for one month from Monday October 19. Hotel guests of Waer Waters Hotel**** do have restaurant options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Don't forget, if you don't feel well, to postpone your visit, take good care of yourself and stay at home. Postponement is not an adjustment. We welcome you from the moment you are fit again.
