1. We wrap your back in green clay to prepare it. Green clay minerals penetrate the epidermis and deliver anti-inflammatory properties to tired or tense back muscles. Furthermore, green clay has the ability to improve ligaments and bones.
2. Enjoy a relaxing scalp massage while the clay works its magic. Stress is expelled from you.
3. Once your muscles have warmed up, you will be subjected to a relaxing back massage. The soothing music and the appropriate pressure of the massage experts cause your mind to wander. Your blood pressure drops, your circulation improves, your back pain goes away, and endorphins are released.
4. We finish the massage with (a brief massage with) homemade, warm herbal stamps. The cotton sachets are filled with a herbal blend called "Mix of the Stars," which includes star anise, fennel, peppermint, licorice, lemongrass, and juniper. Body and mind will relax, stiffness and muscle pain will diminish, tension will be relieved, and your sleep quality will improve.
