Job Description

  • You are responsible for the management and further modernization of the current HR policy. (Update employee manual, HR procedures, elaboration of car policy & fleet park, elaboration of flexible remuneration package).
  • As an HR partner, you are the primary adviser for employees on various HR-related questions (absences, performance & development, coaching managers).
  • You are the driving force as a discussion partner in social consultation and act as an expert in socio-legal issues. External legal support is available for complex matters.

  • You are responsible for handling payroll and absence processes, under the supervision of a social secretariat.

  • As an HR partner, you get to know the internal organization and employees personally and you are prepared to dive into the operational world of employees.

  • You will provide guidance and advice to the recruitment & happiness coach and together ensure an inclusive and integrated HR experience.


  • Bachelor/Master in an economic or staff management direction - or equivalent through experience

  • You have a minimum experience of 2 years in an HR-related job

  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English

  • Basic social law knowledge, experience within pc 302 is an asset

  • Experience in setting up new procedures and policies

  • Hands-on, eager to learn, dynamic, down to earth & analytical
