Bodypump is the original barbell class: the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Bodypump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Fatburning
Think about how your body feels after a classic abs, butt and chest workout.
Only this time you work your whole upper body and use weights and resistance bands. Egged on by pop beats, you'll be moving non-stop.

Boxing class

HIIT
This is a training method in which you alternate short periods of intense exercise with short periods of rest or recovery. This workout can include both cardio and strength exercises. The aim is to increase your heart rate quickly and stimulate fat burning in a short period of time. HIIT is effective for improving endurance, burning calories and promoting muscle strength.
