BodyPump is a popular group fitness class focused on strength training with high repetitions. Developed by Les Mills, it combines weight training with music to create a motivating workout. The class is structured in tracks that each target different muscle groups such as legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and core. Each exercise is performed with a high number of reps, usually using relatively light to moderate weights, so you train strength and endurance at the same time.
