Meet your coach + guided tour

You will meet with your coach for an introduction appointment prior to your subscription, when you will discuss your expectations and objectives together. You will also be given a tour of the gym to immerse yourself with the location and equipment. You'll be able to tell if you're 100% devoted to your personal training program this way.

What is a screening?

All programs include a 30-minute screening. Prior to the personal training sessions, there will be a one-time consultation. We discuss your goals and perform a full body measurement to assess your muscle, fat, and water percentages during the intake interview. Your injuries will be documented as well. Last but not least, the personal training sessions are set up.

What exactly is a personal training session?

You will be personally guided by an expert instructor for 1 hour. You will gain the essential theoretical and practical knowledge to achieve your goals through exercise and nutrition guidelines during your program. Your progress is always being closely monitored.

Duo training

Would you prefer join up with a buddy or your partner? Then choose for a duo personal training session. You may both sign up and work on your health and physique at the same time. Furthermore, as mentioned in the bundles above, you each receive a substantial discount.

Coach Lorenzo

Hey sportyspice, my name is Lorenzo. As an experienced trainer with a true passion for sports, I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals. With years of experience as a football player and a background in physical education and coaching, I’ve got the knowledge and expertise to guide you every step of the way.

 

I create personalized training plans tailored to your unique goals and fitness level. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or simply get fitter, I’ll keep you motivated and make sure you enjoy the process. Together, we’ll build a healthy lifestyle that you can actually stick to.

 

With me, there’s no such thing as boring or repetitive workouts! I design varied and challenging sessions to keep you engaged and help you get the best possible results. I strongly believe that if you put in the effort, the rewards will follow. The only thing I ask during our sessions? Give it your all — and do it with a smile. Fitness is healthy, but it should also be fun!

Hey there! As a former professional footballer, I am a true sports enthusiast who has ventured into various disciplines, from padel to tennis and from boxing to football. My roots are deeply anchored in Brussels, and I wear my origin with pride.

 

My time at RSC Anderlecht has not only shaped my athletic skills but also my character as a person. The discipline and perseverance I developed on the field are now something I strive to impart to my clients. My passion for sports goes beyond just playing; it inspired me to start my Physiotherapy studies in 2021.

 

This course is particularly close to my heart, partly because I have often faced injuries myself. My personal experience motivates me even more to help and guide others in their recovery process. The satisfaction I derive from rehabilitation is immense.

 

I strongly believe in the principle that 'teaching is a never-ending story.' The work is never over; the job is never done.

Hi! I’m Naima, a passionate fitness coach and advocate for a healthy lifestyle. As a single mom and self-made woman, I believe that true strength and health come from within. Every day, I get moving — not just for a strong body, but also for a positive mindset.

 

In addition to my job as a financial controller at a multinational company, I’m dedicated to inspiring others to stay active, eat healthily, and persevere — even when life gets tough. I believe that everyone can bring out the best in themselves with the right mindset and support. My mission is to help people become stronger — both physically and mentally — and to work together towards a stronger, healthier, and happier life, with passion, perseverance, and a good dose of fun!

Coach Yann

"Hey sports fan, I'm Yann, a sports "freak" with a passion for fitness. I got my degree in Physical Education and Sports, yet I decided to take a different path as a garden and landscape architect. Eventually I followed my heart and that led me back to the world of sports.

 

I have tried many sports myself, including karate, English boxing, ping pong and soccer. I have been in the fitness world for more than six years and have tried all the variations. Because let me tell you, fitness is not just lifting weights. There are lots of different ways to challenge yourself and stay fit. It would surprise you.

 

My fitness adventure began with calisthenics, exercising based on your own body weight. Then I moved on to bodybuilding, where I discovered my passion for striving for the - for me - perfect body. Nowadays, I do a mixture of both, which I personally enjoy much more and can maintain an athletic physique.

Coach Thomas

Hi! I’m Thomas, a second-year personal coaching student at the Leonardo Da Vinci School in Woluwe, where I fuel my passion for sports every day with new knowledge that I immediately put into practice. Throughout my youth, I tried many different sports, but it was rugby that truly captured my heart. I’ve been playing for RSCA Anderlecht for 15 years now. For the past 3 years, fitness has also become a major part of my life — and I mean that literally. You’ll find me at my second home, the Waer Waters gym, six days a week.

 

I’m a real bundle of energy and always in a good mood. Sharing my passion and knowledge about movement and sports with others is the absolute highlight of what I do.

 

Whatever life throws my way, I welcome it with my personal motto: "You’re stronger than you think." Remember that one — it’s going to stick with you!
