Meet your coach + guided tour

You will meet with your coach for an introduction appointment prior to your subscription, when you will discuss your expectations and objectives together. You will also be given a tour of the gym to immerse yourself with the location and equipment. You'll be able to tell if you're 100% devoted to your personal training program this way.

What is a screening?

All programs include a 30-minute screening. Prior to the personal training sessions, there will be a one-time consultation. We discuss your goals and perform a full body measurement to assess your muscle, fat, and water percentages during the intake interview. Your injuries will be documented as well. Last but not least, the personal training sessions are set up.

What exactly is a personal training session?

You will be personally guided by an expert instructor for 1 hour. You will gain the essential theoretical and practical knowledge to achieve your goals through exercise and nutrition guidelines during your program. Your progress is always being closely monitored.

Duo training

Would you prefer join up with a buddy or your partner? Then choose for a duo personal training session. You may both sign up and work on your health and physique at the same time. Furthermore, as mentioned in the bundles above, you each receive a substantial discount.

Coach Luka

Hey, I’m Luka and I’m in charge of fitness at Waer Waters. My passion for sports has been with me since childhood, with a strong focus on sprinting the 100 and 200 meters at the national level.

 

After a career in the military, I chose to fully dedicate myself to sports. After earning my Personal Trainer certification, I spent over a year in Australia, a country known as a leader in sports, where I had the opportunity to work with top athletes.

 

Today, I combine my military background and sports experience to guide people in a way that puts both body and mind at the center. Whether you’re a top athlete, a recreational sporter, or a complete beginner, all you need is the right motivation.

 

"Borrow my passion and use it with intent" is the motto I’ve embraced as a coach.

Coach Arno

For me, working out isn’t a choice, it’s second nature. As a former professional football player and physiotherapy student, I live for movement, quite literally. From football and padel to boxing and strength training, I’m active every single day and always looking for new challenges.

 

Years of experience in elite sports have shaped my discipline and perseverance. These are qualities I bring into every coaching or rehabilitation session. Thanks to my background, I understand not only the body in motion, but also the mental drive behind it.

 

I’ve been working as a coach for over four years and I’m a certified HYROX Performance Coach. Soon, I’ll be further specializing through a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning. My mission? To help people grow stronger, physically and mentally. Whether you’re training for performance, recovering from injury, or simply want to feel more confident in your body, I’m here to help you push your limits.

Hi, I’m Naima, a passionate fitness coach and advocate for a healthy lifestyle. As a single mom, I believe that true strength and health come from within. Every day, I get moving, not just for a strong body but also for a positive mindset.

 

In addition to my job as a financial controller at a multinational company, I’m dedicated to inspiring others to stay active, eat healthily, and persevere even when life gets tough. I believe that everyone can bring out the best in themselves with the right mindset and support. My mission is to help people become stronger, both physically and mentally, and to work together towards a stronger, healthier, and happier life, with passion, perseverance, and a good dose of fun.

Hey sports fan, I’m Yann, a sports enthusiast with a passion for fitness. I earned my degree in Physical Education and Sports, but decided to take a different path as a garden and landscape architect. Eventually, I found the perfect balance between both passions, which led me back to the world of sports.

 

I’ve tried many sports myself, including karate, English boxing, ping pong, and soccer. I’ve been in the fitness world for more than six years and have explored all its variations. Fitness is not just about lifting weights. There are many different ways to challenge yourself and stay fit, and it might surprise you.

 

My fitness journey began with calisthenics, training using only my body weight. Later, I moved on to bodybuilding, where I discovered my passion for striving for my version of the perfect body. Nowadays, I combine both approaches, which I enjoy far more as it helps me maintain an athletic physique and improves overall functionality in daily life.

Hey, I’m Chloé! My love for movement and sport started at a young age. In secondary school, I followed a pre-professional training in contemporary dance, an experience that further strengthened my passion for sports, the body, and expression. This eventually led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Recreational Sports.

 

I found my true passion in fitness, not only in the training itself but also in pursuing a healthy, balanced lifestyle. As a fitness coach, nothing brings me more satisfaction than seeing people grow, both physically and mentally. It’s amazing to witness someone becoming stronger, more confident, and more motivated through the right guidance and support.

 

Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, I’d be happy to guide you on a path fully tailored to your level and needs.

Coach Thomas

Hi, I’m Thomas, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in personal coaching. My studies combined a strong scientific foundation with hands-on experience across various domains in the world of sports and movement.

 

Sport has always been an essential part of my life. I’ve been playing rugby since the age of five and currently compete at the highest level in Belgium. Alongside that, I’ve been active in the fitness world for over six years, building expertise in bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, and athletic strength and conditioning for athletes.

 

My coaching style is energetic, personal, and results-driven. Whether you’re looking to boost your athletic performance, build strength, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you with the right knowledge, structure, and motivation.
