1. How do I make a reservation?

The reservation can be made via the "reserve" section of our website.

2.  Is it necessary to make a reservation?

Our goal is for you to be able to relax fully while enjoying the calm and serenity of the thermal baths. This is why we work with maximum capacity in the wellness area to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Therefore, online reservation is mandatory.

For the treatments, we advise you to book certainly 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

3. My login and password don't work anymore to book, what can I do?

Click on "forgotten password" in order to receive a new one. If the problem persists, please send us an email so that we can take the necessary steps.

4. What can we find out at Waer Waters?

Waer Waters is a Resort with a spa of more than 12.000m², a fitness area and group workouts, restaurants and a 4-star hotel. There are many possibilities in our complex.

The thermal baths include both a dressed area (wearing a bathing suit) and a naturist area. By reserving an entrance to the wellness area, you automatically have access to both zones without being limited in time.

In each zone you will find: steam rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas, relaxation areas, infrared cabins, hot baths and swimming ponds.

Regarding our catering, Waer Waters has Food Concepts.

  • O'live = tapas bar. Open from 12h to 22h30 (tapas service until 22h).
  • O'bergine = brasserie à la carte & hot and cold buffet 12:00 - 22:30 (kitchen closes at 21:30)
  • The reservation is made on site at our reception when you check in.

5. What should I bring for my day off?

We ask each visitor to bring the following items:

  • Two towels (1 for the saunas + 1 for your drying after the shower)
  • A bathrobe (only mandatory in our Food Concepts)
  • Flip-flops
  • A tight swimsuit for men in the dressed zone (beach shorts are not allowed)

You also have the option of renting bath linen or buying flip-flops and men's swimwear on site.

6. Is there a special offer for birthdays?

Your birthday is a special day and Waer Waters thinks of you for this special occasion.

The birthday promotion allows you to enjoy a full day in our wellness & fitness facilities free of charge.

The conditions are as follows:

  • The promotion is valid for 1 month from the date of your birthday.
  • It is not necessary to be accompanied to benefit from your free entry (the day's rate is applied for your guests).
  • This share is registered, non-transferable in time, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other shares.
  • This invitation is a unique offer.

To take advantage of this promotion, all you have to do is subscribe to our newsletter before your birthday.

To make the reservation, simply book a "prepaid" entry and mention in the commentary that it is for the birthday action.

On the day of your visit, all you have to do is present the e-mail entitling you to the promotion as well as your identity card.

7. I'm subscribed to the newsletter but I haven't received my birthday voucher yet?

Your birthday voucher is sent only on the day of your birthday. Unfortunately, it is not possible to benefit from this action before your birthday.

You would like to make a reservation for your birthday, but you don't have the voucher yet?

Don't worry, just book a standard entry and mention in the commentary that it is the birthday promotion. On the day of your visit, all you have to do is present the email entitling you to the promotion and your identity card.

Please note that it regularly happens that the birthday voucher could be in your spams. In addition, with the new European data protection regulations, you may no longer receive e-mails from us as we need your consent to do so.

8. I have a voucher, how can I book to benefit from it?

You possess a voucher and you don't know how to book? (Bongo, Wonderbox, Vivabox, Cadeaubox, 2FOR1, Personal invitation, Merits & Benefits 50%, "see you soon" ticket, etc.).

You have a free entry with a code but it is not accepted by the reservation system?

Would you like to use your gift voucher but the encoding of the number doesn't work to make a reservation ?

How do I make a reservation?

  1. Surf to www.waerwaters.com
  2. Click on "book" at the top right.
  3. Click on "I want to book an entrance" or choose option 2 if you would like to reserve treatments as well”.
  4. Tick the box "prepaid" (entry at 00.00€).
  5. Follow the next steps to make a reservation.
  6. Select the possibility to pay on the spot.

When you check-in, upon receipt of your vouchers, we will make the necessary arrangements.

9. My voucher is about to expire, can I extend it?

Arrangements and actions may have an expiry date, but the purchase value of the voucher will still be valid.

If it is a ticket for access to the spa that you have received freely, it will unfortunately not be extended.

10. Do you do special care for pregnant women?

We do not offer special care for pregnant women. However, we are happy to recommend the following treatments:

  • Facial & decolleté care with Babor products
  • Foot & calf massage (25min/€35)
  • Facial & head massage (25min/€35)
  • Manicure / Pedicure

11. I have not been informed of the time of my treatment. How do I know at what time my treatment will start?

The time of the treatment is communicated during your check-in on the spot. This will be placed between the arrival time and departure time that you will have selected. We ask you to respect these times for reservations with treatments.

12. Is it possible to have a treatment in the same DUO cabin?

Yes it is possible but it will depend on availability on our treatment schedule. Unfortunately there is no guarantee. How can I increase my chances? Book at least 3 weeks in advance. You can always ask us for a confirmation by email.

13. I would like to book a wellness entrance for the evening rate but the day rate is always displayed. How can I benefit from the evening rate?

The prices displayed in your confirmation e-mail will be the day's entrance fee. However, when you check in after 6pm, the price will be automatically adjusted to the evening rate. If you have already paid the price of the tickets, the balance can be used for possible consumptions or you can ask for a refund on the spot.

14. What types of subscriptions do you offer?

We offer 3 types of subscriptions.

  • The INFINITE subscription is the ideal formula if you wish to fully enjoy the club. It gives you unlimited access to wellness from 11am to 11pm (Monday to Thursday) and from 10am to 11pm (Friday to Sunday), fitness from 8am to 11pm and our full programme of group classes (yoga, active, cycling and aqua) 7 days a week. The INFINITE formula costs €139 per month.
  • The LUXE subscription includes unlimited access to the fitness from 8am to 11pm and to the group classes and the spa from Monday to Thursday from 11am to 11pm (except on public holidays). You enjoy 1 hour of wellness per day free of charge. The LUXE formula costs €89/month.
  • The SPORT subscription is the formula with the most focus on sport. It only includes access to the fitness centre from 11am to 11pm as well as group lessons. The SPORT package costs €59/month.

The registration fee is 75.00€. Subscriptions by direct debit are automatically renewed by monthly instalments after 3 months of affiliation.

For an annual subscription, you will receive 2 or 3 personal invitations to invite your friends and family to take advantage of our facilities for a whole day.

You can suspend your subscription for medical reasons (minimum 1 month).
