Since 2012, Waer Waters, the largest wellness resort in the Benelux, has been welcoming guests into an oasis of peace, luxury and relaxation. Our 12,000 m² resort offers a unique blend of wellness, fitness and culinary indulgence. With 25 themed saunas, 26 diverse pools, 5 restaurants and a wide range of treatments, we create a complete mind-and-body experience for all our guests.
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for the look & feel and overall visual identity of our resort across all online and offline channels. You will develop all visual marketing materials, both for digital media and for print. In this role, you will work closely not only with your marketing colleagues, but also with other departments that require graphic support. You will join an ambitious marketing team where out-of-the-box thinking, creativity and accessible luxury are at the center of everything we do.
Your responsibilities
- Brand guidelines
- Safeguard our brand identity through corporate design, ensuring a future-proof, recognizable, and consistent style.
- Online visual content creation
- Together with the Social Media Marketeer, you brainstorm and develop new content campaigns to enhance brand awareness and inspire our target audience.
- For these campaigns, you are responsible for creating professional visual content such as videos, photos, visuals, infographics, icons, floor plans, logos, menus, and other creative materials aligned with our brand identity or that of our sub-brands. You manage the briefings, shoots, and post-production.
- You design powerful online ads with strong stopping power and work creatively on A/B testing.
- You design emails for both internal and external communication, develop new templates, and provide the necessary graphic elements.
- The technical side doesn’t scare you: via the CMS you ensure the website is visually appealing, always up to date, and publish the content you create directly.
- Offline visual content creation
- You manage the digital signage design and programming within our wellness resort and monitor planning updates.
- You design and improve print materials. With a critical eye, you optimize brochures, POS materials, and event materials, ensuring that all are technically prepared for production thanks to your expertise in graphic design and DTP.
- Collaboration & project follow-up
- You work closely with marketing colleagues, department heads, agencies, and printers.
- Where needed, you manage assigned projects from A to Z.
Your profile
- You are a photographer or videographer with post-production skills and proven professional experience.
- You have strong creative thinking skills and can identify opportunities for content improvement and innovation.
- You are up to date with the latest social media trends and hypes.
- Design tools like Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI design tools hold no secrets for you.
- You have an affinity with the wellness or luxury sector and love great design.
- You maintain high-quality standards in your work.
- You are highly customer-oriented, understand our guests’ perspective, and know what type of content resonates with different audiences.
- You are bilingual (NL + FR) and also have a good command of English.
- Within your 38-hour schedule, you are available for one evening shift until 9:30 pm and one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, based on a bi-weekly rotation).
