Contest Rules: Waer Waters Gym Club – Open Doors
1. Organiser
This contest is organised by:
Waer Waters (Advance BV), Rodenberg 21, 1702 Dilbeek, Belgium Hereinafter referred to as: "the Organiser".
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
2. Contest period
The contest runs from 27/08/2026 at 00:01 up to and including 26/09/2026 at 23:59. Entries submitted outside this period will not be taken into consideration.
3. Eligibility
The contest is open to all natural persons residing in Belgium, with the exception of:
- employees of the Organiser,
- companies (including their staff) involved in organising the contest,
- and their household members (persons living at the same address).
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants under 18 must have the express permission of their parent or guardian, which may be requested at any time.
Participation requires a publicly accessible Instagram account, so that the Organiser can verify the entry and contact the participant.
This contest is a game with no obligation to purchase.
4. How to enter
To enter validly, participants must, during the contest period:
- Like the contest post;
- Tag two friends in the comments;
- Answer the contest question: "How many kg of weights do we have in total in the Gym Club?"
The answer must be given in the comments below the contest post and must consist of a single concrete figure in kilograms.
An entry is only valid if all of the above steps have been completed correctly.
Each participant may enter only once and may win a maximum of one prize. If the same participant posts multiple answers, only the first answer posted will be taken into consideration.
Late, incomplete or incorrect entries will not be taken into consideration.
5. Prize
The prize for this contest consists of:
- one (1) three (3) month SPORT membership at Waer Waters Gym Club
There is one (1) winner.
Each person may win a maximum of one prize. A maximum of one prize is awarded per address/household.
No prize may be exchanged for money, cash or other benefits in kind. The prize is personal and non-transferable.
The membership must be activated no later than 01/01/2027 and runs for three consecutive months from its start date. The membership is not automatically renewed on expiry.
Use of the membership is subject to the general terms and conditions and house rules of Waer Waters Gym Club.
The winner may be asked to prove their identity. If the prize is not claimed within 5 calendar days of contact being made, the Organiser reserves the right to designate another winner.
6. Selection of the winner
This is a contest with a tiebreaker question and not a game of chance.
The winner is determined as follows:
- Only participants who have correctly fulfilled all conditions of entry are eligible.
- The winner is the participant whose answer to the contest question comes closest to the actual total weight (in kg) of the weights in the Gym Club, as established by the Organiser before the start of the contest.
- In the event of an identical deviation (tie) between two or more participants, the winner will be selected at random from among those participants.
The actual total weight was recorded in writing by the Organiser before the start of the contest and will be disclosed when the winner is announced.
The decisions of the Organiser are final and not open to appeal.
7. Announcement of the winner
The winner will be announced in the week of 28 September 2026 via the Instagram Stories of the official @waer_waters_gym_club account, and will additionally be contacted personally by Instagram direct message (DM) from that same account.
The Organiser will never request payment, credit card details or other financial information in order for a prize to be received. Messages from other accounts doing so are fraudulent.
If the winner does not respond within 5 calendar days of contact being made, the Organiser reserves the right to designate another participant as the winner.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the contest.
8. Use of entries
By entering the contest, each participant automatically and unconditionally grants the Organiser permission to use their name, username, entry and any visual material in the context of communication and promotion relating to this contest, without further compensation.
9. Liability
The Organiser cannot be held liable for technical problems, lost or non-visible comments, printing, gameplay, typesetting or other errors, nor for any damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, shorten or withdraw the contest or any part of it should circumstances require. In such cases, no compensation can be claimed.
10. Abuse
In the event of abuse, fraud, deception or deceit, the Organiser expressly reserves the right to exclude the participant(s) concerned from this and/or other contests without further notice. This applies in particular to the use of multiple or fake accounts.
11. Privacy
The personal data processed in the context of this contest (Instagram username and the answer given, and for the winner the data required to activate the membership) is processed in accordance with GDPR legislation and used exclusively for the administration of this contest and the awarding of the prize.
The data is not shared with third parties and will be deleted after the contest ends, unless the participant has expressly consented to further use or a statutory retention period applies.
Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. Questions in this regard can be directed to info@waerwaters.com.
12. Acceptance of these rules
By entering this contest, participants commit to the full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
In the event of any conflict between specific conditions of entry and these rules, the specific conditions shall prevail.
All decisions of the Organiser are final and not open to appeal.
