Cancellation and rescheduling Policy
The different options :
Wellness (rescheduling conditions not applicable)
A reservation for a wellness visit can always be cancelled free of charge. We appreciate it if you inform us of this.
A reservation for a massage or treatment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if this is done in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) before 11.00 am on the day prior to the scheduled treatment. For late cancellations, i.e. after 11:00 on the day before the scheduled treatment, a cancellation fee will be charged. This amounts to 100.00% of the total treatment cost. Doctor's certificates and unexpected circumstances are not taken into account in case of late cancellation or rescheduling. In case of late arrival at the appointment, the full rate of treatment will be charged, but only the remaining time of the appointment will be used.
For the group lessons we work exclusively with reservations. We therefore appreciate being kept informed in case of prevention.
In case of 3 no-shows during the same month a fine of 1 group lesson or 12,00 EUR will be charged to the participant. In case of a WWC cardholder, the fine will be debited from the credits on his/her Waer Waters Card. A Member will be required to pay the 12,00 EUR fine for the next group lesson participated in. Otherwise Waer Waters reserves the right to refuse access to the group lessons.
When reserving a hotel room, we ask that you pay for the room in advance.
A cancellation/rescheduling of a hotel room can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
A cancellation/rescheduling is only valid when sent via e-mail and when you have received a confirmation. Afterwards the following cancellation conditions apply.
Less than 7 days before date: 35%.
Less than 48 hours before date: 100%.
Special conditions (Groups*)
Between 7 and 0 Day(s): 100.00
Between 21 and 8 Day(s): 50.00 %
More than 3 weeks: 25.00 EUR
(*) Groups: each booking from 3 rooms
Medical certificates and unexpected circumstances are not taken into account for late cancellation.
If you have not checked in at 20h (without notice from you) the room can be released again.
